Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive business development in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and custom software development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strategic alliances, and positioning our company as a preferred vendor/subcontractor to major IT players in India.

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth in IAM and software development segments.
- Identify and engage new clients through outbound efforts, events, and relationship building.
- Establish subcontracting relationships with Tier-1 IT service providers.
- Identify and onboard relevant vendors and partners to broaden service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop RFP responses, proposals, and customised client solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using tools and provide accurate forecasting.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Prepare all types of proposals and sales-related documents through to client submission.
Performance Expectations
- Generate qualified leads from potential clients or partners.
- Establish meaningful engagement with a major IT service provider with the goal of becoming an approved sub-vendor by the end of the first quarter.
- Maintain a monthly lead conversion and engagement report.
- Meet quarterly targets aligned with business growth goals and partnership development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution sales with a focus on IAM and custom software development / staff augmentation / Contract-to-Hire.
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships or subcontracting arrangements with enterprise IT firms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IAM technologies and software development lifecycle (OpenAM, ForgeRock, Okta, Azure, etc.).
- Network of contacts in the IT services ecosystem, especially with Tier-1 players.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
