Compensation: Up to 22 lacs per annum (depending on experience).
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – SAP MM with a strong functional background in SAP MM and cross‑module solutioning experience across SAP SD, FI, and exposure to HCM, SAP CPI, and SAP SuccessFactors (SF). The role requires ownership of end‑to‑end solution architecture, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, consultants, and client leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Solution Architect providing end‑to‑end SAP solutioning across SAP SD, MM, and FI modules
- Lead architecture discussions and solution design considering integration touchpoints with HCM, SAP CPI, and SuccessFactors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions
- Communicate effectively with functional consultants, technical teams, and client-side team leads
- Lead and facilitate meetings with consultants, business stakeholders, and client leadership
- Prepare and present solution designs, reports, and presentations to senior management from both Capgemini and client organizations
- Create and manage Weekly Status Reports (WSR) and Monthly Status Reports (MSR)
- Participate in and lead Steering Committee meetings, providing updates, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations
- Ensure solution governance, quality, and alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP MM, with preference for candidates having an MM functional background
- Proven capability to provide overall SAP solution architecture across SD, MM, and FI
- Working understanding of SAP HCM, SAP CPI, and SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong experience in stakeholder communication and management
- Ability to work closely with client teams, business users, consultants, and delivery leads
- Experience leading architecture, design, and governance discussions
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and reporting skills
- Experience working in large transformation or AMS environments preferred

- Experience working in consulting environments (large SI / multinational clients)
- Exposure to SAP integration landscapes and enterprise architectures
