Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and ABAP development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting payroll‑related functionalities and HR technical objects while closely working with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP solutions within the HR / HCM Payroll landscape
Work on payroll‑related developments, enhancements, and bug fixes
Analyze payroll requirements and provide efficient technical solutions
Debug and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Payroll programs and processes
Develop and support reports, interfaces, enhancements, and HR forms
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users for issue resolution
Provide support during payroll runs, testing cycles, and production issues

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP with HR/HCM module
Strong understanding of SAP Payroll processes
Hands‑on experience with payroll‑related objects and transactions, including:
- Infotypes
- Payroll Schema
- Payroll Functions and PCRs
- PA30 / PA40
- Other payroll‑related transactions
Experience in ABAP development, including:
- Enhancements
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Debugging
- HR Forms
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Developer

Compensation: Up to ₹17 LPA (depending on experience)
