Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP PI/PO & CPI Integration Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting SAP interfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, secure communication protocols, and complex B2B integrations across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, monitor, and troubleshoot interfaces in SAP PI/PO
Work extensively on SAP CPI for both pre-packaged integrations and custom-built interfaces
Lead and support migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI
Develop and support interfaces using FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, and B2B integration standards
Implement and troubleshoot PGP encryption and decryption for secure data exchange
Support integrations related to banking interfaces, e‑Way Bill/e‑Invoice, and POS systems (retail domain)
Perform end-to-end interface testing and provide support during production issues
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to understand integration requirements
Prepare and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, and migration documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO interface development, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Strong experience in PGP encryption and decryption mechanisms
Hands-on exposure to FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, and B2B integration scenarios
Experience working with bank interfaces, government integrations (e-Way Bill / e-Invoice), and POS systems
Proven experience in migrating interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI
Experience developing pre-packaged CPI content as well as custom interfaces from scratch
Strong documentation skills, including technical specifications and interface design documents

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Integration Advisor and API Management
Understanding of error handling, alerting, and monitoring best practices in CPI
Exposure to retail, finance, or government compliance integrations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

Soft Skills

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

Compensation: Up to 20 lacs per annum (depending on experience).
