We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of SAP project delivery, ensuring technical and functional stability, integration governance, and successful execution across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring timely and high‑quality project delivery
- Define the program plan, release schedule, and milestones, and manage execution across client, onsite, and offshore teams
- Ensure a robust and stable technical solution, enabling continuous improvement and scalability
- Promote the use of standard SAP functionality, challenging bespoke/custom build requirements where applicable
- Own the functional and integration design between SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and other enterprise applications
- Ensure appropriate environment strategy, configuration, landscape, and controls across the SAP platform
- Monitor system performance and proactively escalate infrastructure issues to the Infrastructure Project Manager
- Support the development of training materials and end‑user documentation for system releases
- Manage transition activities and support the delivery of agreed service support management capabilities
- Collaborate with global deployment teams to gather and implement local business requirements as part of a worldwide rollout
- Act as the primary point of accountability for overall SAP program governance and integration outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of overall SAP project management experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA programs
- Proven experience leading large‑scale SAP implementations or global rollouts
- Strong understanding of SAP application landscapes, integrations, and architecture
- Experience managing cross‑functional, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility and best practices

- Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
