Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation & Support

• Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of SAP FICO modules
• Configure and customize:
  • FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
  • CO: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Internal Orders
• Manage integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules

2. Business Process Optimization

• Analyze existing finance processes and recommend SAP-based improvements
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with finance teams, business users, and IT stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications

4. Testing & Documentation

• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments

5. Issue Resolution & Support

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Deliver L2/L3 support and ensure SLA adherence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration
• Expertise in:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Strong integration knowledge with MM and SD modules

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
• Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, and statutory compliance
• Exposure to data migration tools such as LSMW or Migration Cockpit

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments

• CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• SAP FICO Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
