We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with NCI exposure to support and implement SAP solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP implementations, support, and rollouts, along with in‑depth functional and integration knowledge.

Hiring Type: Contract – Full Time
Location: Pan India

Experience: 6 – 8 Years
Compensation: Up to 20 lacs per annum (depending on experience).
We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with NCI exposure to support and implement SAP solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP implementations, support, and rollouts, along with in‑depth functional and integration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, support, and enhance SAP solutions across implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Work on support engagements, resolve incidents and service requests, and adhere to SLAs and RCA processes
- Apply project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP PM/MM issues
- Handle ticket/defect management, cutover activities, post‑go‑live, and hypercare support
- Gather business requirements and prepare Business Process Flows, BRDs, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system integration testing
- Collaborate as an individual contributor and effective team player
- Work with stakeholders across different time zones as required
- 7–8 years of SAP experience in implementation, support, and rollout projects
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Detailed knowledge of SAP MM sub‑modules, including:
- System configuration
- Release procedures
- Automatic account determination
- ECC MM expertise, including:
- Master data management
- Batch job setup
- BADI, BAPI, user exits, reports, and forms
- Strong knowledge of ECC procurement processes, including:
- Special procurements
- Pricing
- Output management
- IDoc and ALE
- Experience in inventory management, physical inventory, and invoice verification processes
- Integration experience with:
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Production Planning (PP) / Quality Management (QM)
- Finance & Controlling (FICO)
- Graduate / Postgraduate / Professional qualification
- Relevant SAP certification preferred
- Strong domain knowledge and functional exposure
- Flexible to work across different time zones
